As we reflect on 2024, New Life International is excited to share the remarkable progress made in providing safe water and the hope of the Gospel to communities across the globe. Since inception, 4542 water purification systems have been deployed and installed in 85 countries, benefiting over approximately 4.5 million people. This year, we’ve reached new milestones, delivering 100 safe water systems to approximately 100,000 people within vulnerable communities in need while also sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
As part of the 100,000 you helped us reach, we responded to urgent disaster relief efforts, including providing purification systems in Guatemala and Mexico, where refugees fleeing violence and disaster from southern Mexico and desperate flooding in India needed safe water. Additionally, our efforts in Manipur, India, where flood waters contaminated local water supplies, brought critical relief to 10,000 people through the local church.
In 2024, we estimate that 120,000 people heard the Gospel through our staff and partners, radio broadcasts in Argentina, and in-person outreaches. While impossible to measure the work of the Holy Spirit, we estimate that at least 3,000 individuals made decisions to follow Christ, entered the local churches Bible studies and discipleship trainings, marking a powerful year for the Kingdom. New Life’s reach in 2024 extended to a total of 18 countries, including the Philippines, Nepal, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Peru, Colombia, and others. Our growing field inventory, with available purification systems ready for fast deployment, is expanding the impact we can have.
We are immensely grateful to have partnered with organizations like Fountains of Hope, WorldServe, and One Million Wells, which helped deploy several water purification systems in 2024.
