Duvon McGuire received his B.S. degree in Chemistry/Bio-Pre-Med from Asbury University in 1981. Following graduation, he worked as a “broad generalist” in the thermal insulation industry where he served in ASTM and ISO. In 1998, he felt a compelling call to take the tools of industry into the non-profit world.
His expertise in producing safe water in the developing world spans over 25 years. Since 2004, he has been President of New Life International, the 501(c)3 non-profit founded by his parents, Byron and Yvonne McGuire. Duvon is the visionary of off-the-beaten-path innovations and strategies to help where helping helps and never hurts. He delights in bringing well-being to life.
Duvon and his wife Victoria have two children Cierla and Isaac as well as an adopted daughter, Sanga, in Nepal… and over a dozen children who have adopted them as grandpa and grandma.
Paul has extensive experience in Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central America, and Africa. Primarily his work these past twenty-five years has been relief and development where he has had the opportunity to direct and be actively involved in emergency response programs as well as developmental programs in over forty-six countries.
Paul continues to provide his talents as a global delegate with the International Federation of The Red Cross (IFRC). He has served on various NGO forums in both Africa and Asia where he has played a significant role in addressing humanitarian responses to some of the most catastrophic natural disasters and conflicts recorded in history.
Paul is passionate about bringing the latest technologies and the culture of innovation to his work in order to meet community needs for safety, security, dignity, mobility, connectivity, sustainability, and resilience.
Paul holds an MBA in International Business as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Photojournalism.
Paul has been connected with New Life International since meeting Duvon McGuire at a missions conference in 2016. Shortly after this meeting, Paul began volunteering with us at the Underwood Campus working in the research and development area. Since that 2016 meeting Paul has been brought onboard and continues working in the Innovation Center as the Director of Engineering. Paul also travels globally with the ministry installing automated water and hypochlorous systems.
Paul has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton. He worked for 35 years in the chemical process industry and joined NLI after his retirement. His professional experiences are primarily in process engineering, process control, project management, and plant maintenance.
His desire for the mission’s ministry comes from completing the “Perspectives on the World Christian Movement” course in 2011. This course opened his eyes to the call for all believers to be a part of the Great Commission.
Paul and Linda have been married for over forty years. Their two sons are married and have blessed Paul and Linda with three grandsons.
Pramil Aruldoss was born and brought up in India and has a keen passion for transformational development and holistic impact. He has come on board the NLI team as Regional Manager of South Asia in order to expand our work in the region.
He has a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Intercultural Studies with an emphasis on International Development. It was during his engineering days that he felt a strong call to missions and development and has not looked back since.
Pramil has experience working with NGOs in India, Tanzania, Nepal, Cambodia, Greece, Ethiopia, and the USA in communities that are disaster affected, poverty stricken, or worn torn and has led large-scale programs and operations during these assignments. Pramil and his wife, Neha, who got married in 2017, currently live in Australia as Neha is in the process of pursuing her Ph.D. in Melbourne. They are animal lovers and are loving parents to a beagle doggo named Brooklyn.
